Shipping Options & Delivery Costs

We offer the following shipping options – DHL or Mauritius Post

The shipping rates is in accordance with DHL or Mauritius Post

Order Processing Time:

As we are an Art brand with few ready-to-ship products and mostly made-to-order (personalised) products. We start production only after an order is confirmed and processing time takes an average of three weeks depending on product specification.

Ready-to- ship products

All ready-to-ship orders placed before 10 AM GMT- Monday to Friday are processed and dispatched the same day, all orders placed after will be dispatched the next day. All orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be sent from our warehouse on the following Monday or on the next business day.

Please note that if you order along with made-to-order the entire order will be dispatched at the same time as a combined order with the made-to-order processing time.

Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes

Please double check carefully the correct delivery address before placing the order. Kindly note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. We are sorry but we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

International Orders

Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you.

Tracking Your International Order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery issues

Your products and packages are dispatched in perfect condition to a Third party, DHL or Mauritius Post. We are not responsible for any damage, lost or delays caused by them.
